Best Pastrami Sandwiches in Town

I had a chance to have a lunch today in newly opened restaurant Kenny & Zuke’s Delicatessen in downtown Portland. I have to tell you that they make the BEST pastrami sandwiches in town. As they say, their meet is cured 5 days, smoked 10 hours, steamed for 3 and hand-sliced just for you.  The sandwiches are huge with think slices of pastrami. I had pastrami reuben with potato salad, which wasn’t regular potato salad you may have had before. It was so gooood! They even have borscht, stuffed cabbage and blintzes.  They offer a large selection of wine, beer and they serve Stumptown coffee.
