Marina and Oleksiy were my wedding clients about year ago. Their wedding was such a blast! Now they are expecting a baby girl and Marina called me for a maternity photo session to capture her first pregnancy. I was really excited to see them again and do it for them. Julie and Artem are getting married next year. Yesterday I was shooting their engagement session. We almost canceled it for the bad weather. I had an opportunity to try myself in taking senior pictures. I have been taking some before but just for fun. So this time, we did it in downtown of Vancouver for about 2 hours and here is my favorite images from that day. Our older son Pavlo started going to preschool this year. He turned 4 this summer. It feels like we reached some milestone in life. Kids go to school… It seems, they grow so fast… And they got different at every stage of their life… They change… they grow… they never be the same… make sure that those moments are not missed…
Pavlo was really excited. We got him a back pack with The Cars movie theme, which is his favorite.

Lisa and Aaron got married last weekend. It was nice, hot and sunny Saturday day. The wedding was organized by Carolyn S. Kilfoil from Canova Design. She also provided beautiful flowers and decorations. It was my second time working with Carolyn. The first time was on Shelly and Todd Wedding in The View Point Inn. Kathryn King was a minister of the ceremony. The ceremony took place on a back yard of a private house in Vancouver. The back yard was especially designed to suit events like weddings. It has many little spots to take pictures: waterfall, gazebo, creeks, benches and gates. Check out some of my favorite images from that day and stay tuned for more pictures and a slide show.
